K. Craig Boatright, M.D.

Fellowship Trained & Board Certified

Board-certified and fellowship trained, Dr. Boatright graduated magna cum laude from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and then was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship for study at Oxford University in England. After studying in England, Dr. Boatright returned to Boston to attend Harvard Medical School. He completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Washington Medical School in Seattle, then returned to Emory University to further his training in spinal surgery where he completed his fellowship.

Dr. Boatright has authored multiple book chapters on the use of molecular technology to generate bone for spinal fusion. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and an active member of the North American Spine Society along with the South Carolina Spine Society.

His clinical interests include all aspects of caring for disorders of the spine and a special interest in treating degenerative and traumatic conditions of the cervical spine, spinal tumors and spinal deformities. He utilizes the full range of non-operative therapies available prior to surgical intervention.

Jeffery M. Reuben, M.D.

Fellowship Trained & Board Certified

Board-certified and fellowship trained, Dr. Reuben graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis before attending The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He then completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine and additional spine surgery training at The Emory Spine Center.

Dr. Reuben is an active member of both the North American Spine Society and South Carolina Spine Society, as well as a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Dr. Reuben travels the state and nation to educate physicians on the latest advancements in spinal medicine and enjoys increasing understanding of the complicated issues that surround caring for the back. Additionally, he has participated in developing new technology that is now used across the country in spinal surgery.

Originally from Chicago, Dr. Reuben has grown to love the warmer weather and quality of life in Beaufort, SC. Dr. Reuben and his family has lived in Beaufort since 2000 and they have adapted well to the Lowcountry lifestyle, spending weekends shrimping, golfing and boating with family and friends.

Pia V. Biason-Webb, DNP, FNP-c

Pia V. Biason-Webb, DNP, FNP-c

Dr. Biason-Webb is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  She was named First Honor Graduate for the Doctor of Nursing Practice – Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the Medical University of South Carolina.  She is also a fellow of the Institute for Primary Care Education and Practice, a joint partnership between the Medical University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina to promote inter-professional healthcare collaboration.

Dr. Biason-Webb has been a nurse since 1992 and has focused her passion for patient care in the fields of neurology, orthopedics, critical care and emergency nursing.

Originally from the Philippines, Dr. Biason-Webb has called the Lowcountry home for over 20 years.  She is an advocate for Montessori education and is one of the founding board members of the Lowcountry Montessori School in Beaufort.
